Richard and Matt turned up on time and completed the work within their stated timeframe. They worked well as a team and were polite and courteous to us throughout, explaining how everything worked. The workmanship was excellent and each day they left everything neat and tidy; they cleaned up and took everything away with them when they left. They had respect for us and our property throughout and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with what they were doing. Even though they did a couple of additional small jobs - removing old redundant pipework that wasn't part of the original specification, - they charged their original quote. The pipework and boiler they installed is very well done - they took care to make sure we were happy with the boiler position and where the pipework would go before they installed it. Similarly, they took the time to check the position of the thermostat and receiver unit before the electrician installed. I have no qualms about recommending them to friends, family, neighbours or anyone else that might want a recommendation before using them. They are reliable and trustworthy.

Classic Heating Ltd fitted a replacement bathroom and downstairs cloakroom for us. They started and finished the job on time. The bathroom was completey stripped out re-plastered, re-tiled and re-fitted to a very high standard. The cloakroom was re-fitted and tiled we are very pleased witht he finish . We have used them previousley to do other jobs at our house and are very pleased with there work and would recommend them to everyone . Seperate trades where used for plastering, and electrics, all co-ordinated for us by them, we didnt have to do any thing and they left the place clean and tidy every night with all rubbish taken away We have had many positive comments on the work carried out from guests.

Richard gave me an extremely competitive quote on a replacement boiler, controller, thermostat, and a new addition - a MagnaClean, this all represented a saving of £1500 over a British Gas quote! Richard and his team arrived promptly for the start of the work and completed everything well within the day, I can only describe it as super efficient! Sad, but I quite like opening the garage door just to look at my new Worcester Bosch 24Ri knowing that it's now saving me money. Will recommend him wherever and whenever I can.

Richard gave a good value quote compared to the 2 other quotes I received. The installation was very neat and clean after completion. I have already saved money on my gas bill (March bill was £81.07, April bill £54.79) the house is warmer and heats up much faster on less gas. I am totally thrilled with my new boiler. And the service I received. Did have a bit of difficulty with the new thermostat but Richard came over the same day to fix it.

I called in Richard to replace an existing Baxi Boiler which was about 10-12 years old and kept breaking down with one of the new energy efficient condensing boilers from Worcester Bosch of which he is an accredited installer. We have had it in place for two months now and are very pleased with it, it made made such a difference to our home during the winter. His workmanship, courtesy and tidiness were second to none and he didn't mind explaining and answering any questions that I had about the central heating system in general. Would recommend.

I've just had Richard around to complete the 2nd annual service on a new Combi boiler he and his team installed for me in 2010. As for the larger more complex jobs, they still tick all the boxes for these smaller more mundane ones. I continue to recommend them.

I organised for Classic Heating to replace my old boiler with a new combi boiler, which involved positioning the new boiler in a slightly different place, removing the storage tank in the airing cupboard, and the tank in the loft. Classic Heating have done an amazing job, they arrived when they said they would, and finished the job faster than I expected. They also spotted one or two extra things that needed doing, and did them for me at no extra cost. There were one or two unexpected issues on the job, but they took them in their stride and it didn't affect how long the job or took, or the cost of the work. I can find absolutely no fault with any of the work they have done, and would recommend Richard and Matt to anyone and everyone.

Excellent work by Richard and Matt. Confirmed new pipe runs and new boiler position before installing. Job took 2 days to complete which involved all rooms of the house and you would not know even after day one that work had been carried out, clean and tidy at all times. Old boiler, tanks and all rubbish taken away. I would recommend Classic Heating to anyone.

Richard and Matt carried out the work to a high professional standard. All areas they worked in were protected and kept clean and tidy. The work was completed exactly to the written quote, within the time given and without fuss. The interior wall was made good as was the exterior where the old flue was removed. We are very pleased with all the work done and would definitely recommend them.

Classic Heating did an excellent job - they started and finished the work on the days specified and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day (much cleaner than I usually manage to get it!). The work in the shower room - fitting new shower with pump, installing vanity unit etc, plastering and tiling was all done very professionally. Amazing smooth plastering! The standard of the tiling was excellent. During the course of the week they also replaced my old CH Boiler which had given up the fight for life! (This was not scheduled originally but they managed to fit it in). I now have a nice warm house. Thank you Richard and the charming polite young men who work with you (including son and son-on-law).

Classic Heating replaced our old boiler with a Worcester combi, including magnetic filter and fitting of a new flue. All existing pipe work to the boiler was re-routed under the floor of the airing cupboard, which has resulted in a really neatly finished job. They are extremely knowledgeable, and readily took on board any special requests I had. They turned up when they said they would, and worked solidly throughout the day to ensure we had our new boiler installed and able to provide us with hot water and central heating for the evening. Richard and Matt are very professional, courteous, and competent heating engineers, and have done an excellent job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

Mathew and Richard replaced our boiler, hot tank and associated controls. They were knowledgeable, their recommendations were sensible and practical and they listened to our requests. They were punctual and the workmanship was very neat and competently done. The electrical work was completed by a qualified electrician. The work involved removing the existing floor standing boiler and the associated water cylinder, and replacing this system with a combi-boiler installed in an upstairs cupboard. There was a lot of pipework to re-route, including the gas feed to the boiler. The work was very professionally done and took several (long) days to complete, however cold water was only cut off to the house temporally from time to time (and always re-connected before finishing for the day). When the gas feed to the house proved to be too small and we had to call the gas board out to re-lay the pipe (which took the whole of a Saturday to finish), Richard even came out Saturday evening to commission the boiler system so that we had hot water and heating for the weekend. We were very pleased with the result.
