Communal aerial for block of flats
We had an emergency because of a lightning strike and Justin provided the best quote - worked all over the weekend and into the evening to ensure everyone got TV for Christmas. He even helped residents set up their TV's and Freesat. Was a gentleman throughout and kept to the quote and provided a lot more than we expected.

Re-align of satellite dish and repair of water damaged cable
Justin was very prompt and diagnosed the problem with our dish straight away, he explained the problem and repaired the cable, he also re-aligned the dish and waited for us to collect a new box as the old one had also been damaged by water, he then set up the new box and all at no extra cost.

Splitter replaced with amplifier due to drop in power from Transmitter.
Justin fitted a new aerial for me a few weeks ago which was perfect until a problem with the main transmitter affected the power of the signal. The problem was intermittent and so wasn't obvious at first but he came back several times to identify it for no extra charge. He eventually fixed it even in horrible weather! He is great, very friendly, trustworthy and always makes sure he does a perfect job, he won't leave it until he is completely happy with it. Also helped me out with another problem which was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to a friend.

Replace corroded wiring and fitted new LNB on dish
Absolutely faultless! Came out on a Sunday, worked in difficult circumstances on a clay roof in the pouring rain and provided great service with a smile! Highly recommended and good value for money.
