DLA are committed and passionate to providing excellent workmanship and customer service and so we are disappointed. We felt we were amenable and flexible to many requests placed upon us from the customer and worked tirelessly to provide a solution that was acceptable. Our labour costs are clearly published on our website and long before completing any works for the customer, In fact the customer had a discounted rate per day per DLA engineer purely in an attempt to keep spiralling unforeseen works at minimum cost for her. We are sorry the customer feels this way as we aim for customer satisfaction at all times.

Refit bathroom; mend leak below bathroom floor and replace part of dining room ceiling
Dean is very pleasant and finishes jobs to a high standard. There were a couple of hiccups in part of the job but Dean dealt with them in an exemplary manner and apologised. Dean was always on time and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Removal of old wall in living room and addition of new wall to increase the space
DLA Property Maintenance did an excellent job in increasing the size of my living room. Their work was of the highest quality and they left the room in exactly the same tidy state they found it in. There were no hidden or extra charges. The job was done within the quoted price and finished on time. I would strongly recommend DLA Property Maintenance to anyone looking to improve their home.

Replace guttering,soffits, facia boards, paint the whole of the outside of the house, windowsills and above window in contrasting paint.
THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY FROM SIX QUOTES THAT INCLUDED THE REMOVAL OF RUBBISH AT THE COMPLETION OF THE QUOTED JOB. I WAS KEPT INFORMED THE TIMES THEY WOULD BE AT MY PROPERTY EVERY DAY, WAS ASKED TO CHECK THE WORK AT INTERVALS OVER THE WEEK TO MAKE SURE THE WORK WAS AS I WISHED IT TO BE . I USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK AT MY RENTAL PROPERTY AND MY OWN HOME AS I KNOW I WILL RECEIVE A FAIR AND HONEST PRICE FOR ANY WORK I REQUIRE.
