I found Doctor PC through the yellow pages and after ringing a few other companies for quotes, I had a good feeling about them. They knew what they were talking about and they wanted to get it sorted as quickly as possible for me. I wasn't blinded was science like some of the 'bigger' stores and felt that I'd been given the best options in my choice of how the problem could be fixed. I knew where I stood with a fixed price too, as again others had given me an estimate which I'm always wary of. In summary I received a first class service from Vivienne and Chris and if I should ever have another problem with my computer (which I hope won't happen) I'd have no hesitation on giving them a call. Superb!

I feel that I have to disagree with the customers comment. . In my opinion I feel that this feedback is not feedback regarding the actual job that we performed. The customer has a complex issue related to his router we believe, he initially called us as he could not connect to the internet on his desktop. We repaired that by fitting a new adapter for him. This concluded the job. The customer then had an issue whereby he could not connect to his wireless printer, we returned on a Saturday and reconnected with no extra charges. The customer then called again the following week and we returned again and reconnected his wireless printer to his wife’s computer we could do no more for the customer without changing his entire network. Note none of the equipment we supplied. We are committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service hence our excellent feedback on our webpage.

I had taken my laptop to a shop just down the road from me as my screen was flickering and they could not tell me what was wrong and were quick to charge me for things that I did not need or want. As I was not happy with this service I looked in the yellow pages and rang a few companies and then came across doctor pc who were very friendly, helpful and seemed like they were the only people who knew what they were talking about. I gave them the laptop telling them my problem and after they had a look they rang me to tell me what work needed doing and the price that it would cost before they started the work to make sure that it was ok to go ahead. I spoke to Chris and Vivian most days as they rang to update me on progress. I was very pleased with the work that they did and the fact that they talked to me normally unlike some companies who assume you know everything about a computer. I loved the fact that they kept me up to date and made sure that the price of the work was ok before they started. They are a lovely couple, trustworthy and very friendly, I would recommend them to everyone and in the future if I have any problems doctor pc will be the place I take it.
