Doctor Tech IT Ltd was founded in April 2006 with a vision to provide a 1st class technical sales and support service to customers based around the south coast.  Throughout our trading history we have strived to offer the best service to all our customers no matter how large or small the job might be.  Each customer is as important to us.

We always ask our customers how they came to use us.  Over 75% of our new customers have been referred to us by a friend, family member or by seeing us in action at their place of work.  We are very proud of this statistic and we feel this is a reflection on the quality of the work we do and the manner in which we provide our JARGON free service to all our customers.

Originally a computer/laptop sales and service centre we have grown our service offering to include all of the items below.  We now offer a full sales, installation, aftercare and service of the following types of technology.

Fixed screen on iPhone

I was made aware that Doctor Tech recently started making iPhone and iPod repairs and so called them to ask if they could fix a damaged screen on an iPhone. They confirmed that this was a service they now offered and advised me to drop the phone in any time. It would then be repaired within 24 hours or I would receive 25% off the cost. When I took the phone in, they were able to repair it whilst I waited, which saved me having to return at a later date. Overall, very satisfied to know that there is a local business offering this service, which was very fast and the phone now looks like new. Thanks Doctor Tech!

Resurrect software and revitalise old pc

Having had a new pc last week from Dr Tech I asked them to look at my sons old pc. They very speedily resurrected my much loved Sonic stage program despite another company's customer services saying it was impossible. Dr Tech knew better the result - Sonic system now works :) Not content with this they then waved a magic wand and this old pc has never worked as well before. This doctor is highly recommended and should be available on the NHS. A very very grateful customer. L

Build new pc

I have always used Dr Tech not only for new pc's and laptops but also for sorting out my computer problems. They took the time (over 15 minutes) to ensure that not only did they understand what I needed a computer for, but to explain in clear easy to understand terms my options. A prompt and reliable service. The conditions of work are laid out clearly (£50 up front for the diagnosis to be deducted from total bill if repairs carried out, kept if not) and the problem diagnosed in a timely fashion.
