We are a family run business priding ourselves on our work. we try to go that bit further so as to retain your custom for the future. New oil condensing boiler and hot water cylinder

Work was completed without fuss - connecting into new central heating pipework and made the whole system work. Good price and a very good job.

New immersion and water tank

Install new oil boiler, replace existing pipes, new fire valves and new Tank installed aswell

Installation of new oil fired condensing boiler

The work was carried out as detailed in the quote and took 2 days in total. There was a slight leak in the system that Mr Coutts sorted promptly. The operation of the new boiler was explained and I received prompt notification from the manufacturer of receipt of the commissioning papers and guarantee from Mr Coutts.

Flush oil pipes to remove debris,, fit new pump, fire up boiler, fit filter, get radiators balanced and heating up.

Rupert knows what needs to be done and gets on with it without fuss. Having run out of oil and having an antiquated heating system we were in need of good advice to get our system up and running. We were lovely and warm by the end of the day and have a plan of action for the future,.

Boiler breakdown repair

Can not thank Rupert enough for repairing our boiler for a reasonable price after another tradesman had ripped us off. He was extremely knowledgeable helpful tidy prompt and reasonably priced highly recommended .

Replaced failed bearing on motor

Rupert fitted me in on the same morning of the call-out after my regular engineer said he couldn't come for 4 days! Very impressed with his work. He stripped down and repaired the motor when most engineers would have given up and just replaced the whole unit. Rupert has gained a new customer as I will certainly use Fired Oil for all future maintenance on this boiler.

New oil boiler

Rupert was very efficient and courteous and installed my new boiler with the minimum of disruption. I have had him back again recently to service my aga. I would recommend him 100%.

New oil boiler sytem for heating and water, thermostatic rad valves, Aga service

This was a complex job; disabling the Aga that provided the hot water, fitting a new oil combi boiler for heating and water, replacing radiator valves throughout the house, fitting a new radiator and servicing the Aga. Rupert did a very thorough job which included removal and disposal of the old boiler, tanks and pipework. When there was a problem with the water filter on the new boiler he took full responsibility dealing with the manufacturers and fitting a different type of filter at no cost to myself. Good to deal with friendly and experienced. I would certainly recommend him.
