I have had my car since July and have two dogs and 2 very young grandchildren as constant companions so my car was absolutely filthy, dog hairs, sticky fingers etc. John and his lovely wife worked on my car and when they had finished I was invited to inspect their work, I was shocked, it looked like a brand new car, not a hair in sight. I would and indeed will recommend them and without a doubt I will use them again.

This is the second time I've used GCV and am extremely pleased with the service they provide. As I own a big dog there are lots of dog hairs inside and the outside gets very muddy. I don't have hard standing 'off road' to clean the car so they collect and deliver. The car is returned looking as good, if not better, than new. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone wanting top quality service and value for money.

John and Diana performed an excellent job on my new Superb which was no surprise as they have undertaken two other jobs this year. They turned up early again (good news) on a very cold morning and cracked on with the job until done. The finished product is great so it's up to me now to maintain this look. They will be back in a couple of days because I hadn't bought my new car mats by the time of their visit. This shows their desire to perform a complete job. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs similar treatment or a good valet.

I am a bee keeper. Over the year I have nearly trashed my husband's Galaxy 7 seater car. Bees, swarms, hives, honey, sticky propolised frames. My apology to him was to have the car valeted at the end of the bee 'season'. What a transformation! He was thrilled to get a spotless, fresh smelling, new looking car back. I am forgiven... And a big thank you to 2 lovely hard working people. I gave you a challenge, I know. And I will be back next year, with more abject apologies for the task I present to you....

I have been using John and Diana at GCV for the past three years and they never disappoint. They arrived promptly on the agreed date and although I thought they had finished they were not satisfied themselves because of a rain shower and returned for 30 mins later in the day to ensure my Mercedes was finished to their very high standards. The 10/10 ratings for this company on this site speak for themselves. Every aspect perfect. John and Diana arrived just before advised time and worked tirelessly without a break for 3 hours to complete job. As it was a hot morning they erected a gazebo to shelter both them and the car from the strong sunlight so not to spoil the finish. They uncovered a couple of small paint defects not identified by the dealer' s PDC and they also cleaned off yellow marks on the tyres and some writing on the alloy wheels left unnoticed by the dealer. They were very diligent in applying the treatment so the finished article looks better than showroom condition. The price they charged for the work was very reasonable being much cheaper than the dealer. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again when our next car comes up for renewal. Thanks very much !!

Absolutely fabulous. Have they just cleaned the dirtiest car south of the Downs? Almost certainly, and restored it to near showroom finish. I don't think they could have humanly (or mechanically) done any more. I recommend them without hesitation. Don't even bother to look elsewhere.

I'd seen another Valet Company around town so I thought Id give them a go! BIG MISTAKE!!! They let me down and couldn't keep to a time arranged...basically they messed me about so I cancelled them. So, I looked on the internet and found Goring Car Valet. They were very polite, on time and clean. The job they did on my newly acquired Saab was to say the least...absolutely FANTASTIC on both visits! They turn up on time, take their time with their work and are very thorough. They also gave me advice on the up-keep of the cleanliness of my car. What they have done to my car so far (I need my soft top doing by them now) makes it look virtually showroom condition. So, to conclude....If you are sitting on the fence as to where to go...DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE until you have tried Goring Car Valet. You won't regret it! Think about it...they don't score 10 out of 10 with everyone for doing a rubbish job do they, they are really good. Keep up the good work guys, see ya sooooooooooooooooooon.

Having spilt a can of cream emulsion paint over the black interior of a BMW estate the previous day, I phoned for advice on Sunday morning . John was courteous and helpful Within 2 hours he was at my house. Despite his reservations about the possible outcome he started work and after two hours you wouldn't have known there had been any spillage at all. John and Diana have cleaned our cars occasionally in the past and I was so impressed with their hard work, professionalism and fantastic results I decided to arrange for a monthly valet. I currently drive a high mileage of circa 19,-000 a year and the car needs a monthly valet. The car has now been treated with Dimond Brite and the last gold valet including a deep shine polish gave a magnificent finish. Given the car is 7 years old and has done 116,000 miles it looked like it had just been driven out of the showroom. I have being using GCV on a fortnightly basis for the past 18 months and am delighted with the work carried out on my 5 series BMW.. When I purchased my car it was in a very sorry state, I wanted to give the car a clean it deserved and needed so badly. John recommended a Gold Valet over the phone which he did (and more!!) When they left after an unbelievably thorough job that took them nearly 4 hours at no extra cost, I went over the car and the work was faultless. This was the second car I asked GCV to valet. My rather disheveled BMW 3 series convertible need some TLC after 7 years of hard international abuse. I opted for the works, this included; machine polishing which restored the deep gloss black paint, soft top treatment which restored the top to almost new and Diana worked wonders on the interior. The car was safely tucked up for the winter, looking better than it had in years.

An absolutely excellent service. John is a delightful courteous gentleman who takes pride in his work. He explained what was and was not possible in reviving a black cloth roof on my MG (which was stained with algae, bird droppings and tree sap - the previous owner had left it sitting under a tree for some time). The outcome was excellent and completely changed the car's overall appearance. John also valeted the inside and once again revived the upholstery / facia to a much higher standard than I would have managed - well worth the money. I would definitely use John's services again.

Arrived spot on time and did an amazing job, going above and beyond the service quoted and paid for, restored most of the paint defects on the car on the standard machine polish. As soon as the paint-work is repaired I'll be using John again to perfect it - the car was badly swirled from car washes etc. and John achieved almost total correction on just the platinum valet not even his full correction service.

The first thing you think when you look at the prices is "That's not cheap" but please don't confuse this service with that of a cheap drive through service or someone who thinks this is a eay way of making some quick cash, this guy is a professional and even a tight git like me realises that this was well worth the money. He will visit your car and give a honest evaluation of what work is required without and pressure on having any of the expensive services. My car has had everything thrown at it, tree sap, children, rough weather and I honestly can't believe how good the car has come up. They turned up on time and worked outside all day in the cold and damp, long after most of us would of given up. Another good thing in my opinion is that John invites you to watch the work being carried out and explains what each process does. Last time I cleaned my car inside and out I sweated loads and thought I had done a good job, I realise now I didn't even do half the job a professional can do. I have no problem at all in recommending John's services to anyone. I look forward to seeing him again in June. A+++++

John Tett carried out a full valet today on my Peugeot 807. He was polite, professional and extremely thorough. My car looks like it has just left the showroom. He cleaned every part of the car (interior and exterior) including the engine. It took him 4 hours. He finished with a special wax to keep the car clean for the remainder of the winter. I will be recommending him to friends and neighbours and I will be in contact with him shortly to arrange to valet our new caravan when we take delivery in a few weeks.
