We are a small family business established locally for over 20 years. Based in Brighton and serving East and West Sussex, we are dedicated to giving our customers a very high standard of workmanship.

Damp proofing works and replastering etc
Michael, Dean and Lee have been back to our house after doing work for us last year.  This time to work on our lounge/ dining room and have maintained their quality image again. They arrive on time, work efficiently and leave us with a quality job and tidiness.  We trust them in our house by themselves and are very grateful that Michael is not phased by any challenges or changes we give them. The works were carried out in a week.  We were glad it was a quick 'in and out' job and didn't drag on for 2 weeks. They removed old radiators, re-plumbed new rads in, damp proofed 2 walls, over boarded the ceilings and skimmed all walls and ceiling to allow us to paint it.  We have been very pleased with their work, highly recommend them and likely to ask them to quote for work to our kitchen in the future.

Replace flat roof above bay window
Had an old Zinc roof above a bay window that was leaking - Michael gave a quote within 2 days of phoning him and was able to fit the work in within 2 weeks.  Him and his lads were very polite, always took shoes off to come into the house, did a very neat job and tidied up thoroughly after they left. I Highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work doing.

removal of a load bearing wall/installation of steel beam/making good etc.
Michael and his team worked to a really good standard and were easy to have around the place.  Michael also helped advise on matters relating to the steel beam arising from a possible error made by the structural engineer. Would recommend Green builders for their competence and experience.

Internal decoration, laminate flooring laid, rotten floor boards replaced
Michael Green and his team have just redecorated our flat in Brighton, laid laminate flooring throughout and replaced rotten floor boards underneath. The work has been completed to a very high standard, we are delighted with the make-over which was completed quickly in time for Christmas!  We live in London and were impressed with the ease with which we could communicate with Michael at every stage of the work and grateful for his advice when some rotten floorboards were discovered once the carpets were pulled up. We recommend Green Builders without hesitation and will use them again ourselves.
