In response to the negative feedback we received our response is as follows: This job had a survey error and we had to re-order one of the units, which was Georgian bar. This takes a minimum of a week to turn around. We responded quickly and we went back to refit as soon as the unit came back to the factory. We feel the comments are slightly unfair as we were awarded 10’s in everything else. We dealt with the problem immediately and satisfactorily.
