Installed a new woodburning stove in an existing fireplace. Several visits needed as there was some demolition work needed on the old fireplace. All work was carried out efficiently and all the Heat and Home staff were very polite and helpful. Small problem with the appliance (manufacturer's fault, not Heat and Home's) sorted out quickly. Would definitely recommend them to others

My Combi boiler broke down today so no heating or hot water, I have Insurance but their engineer could not come until Monday!, asked if I could organise my own engineer, was advised that I could, so I searched on Checkatrade and found Heat and Home. Spoke to Glynis who said she could have someone look at it tomorrow for me. About 1 hour later I got a call to say that they could now come today, in about 1 hour! Engineer arrived sooner than expected, and has repaired my boiler. Thank you all very much, much appreciated.

Really efficient. Very knowledgeable about the types of boiler when giving quote. Work was carried out promptly and with remarkably little mess! Ben and Gareth very polite and helpful. So impressed we booked them in for another job, fitting a woodburning stove.

Heat and Home undertake all our gas work for our lettings company. We find them friendly yet professional and completely trustworthy. We have to instruct contractors for repair works spending our landlords money, so have to be certain of prices and confident that the work will be completed to a high standard. The engineer was on time, friendly. Professional and efficient. Everything that I asked to be done was completed and he gave me sound advice on the maintenance of my boiler and the parts that would possibly need replacing in the future. Very happy with his work.
