We used Hicks GB on our neighbour's recommendation and were pleased we did. Tony is skilled, efficient and positive. He puts that extra effort in to help make the job a success if a problem is encountered. He gave us the benefit of his experience with constructive suggestions and liaised well with our bathroom fitter and plasterer to schedule his work to suit the progress on the project. From beginning to end Tony (Hicks GB Ltd) was very professional. Having your home rewired while living in it is extremely disruptive but Tony went out of his way to make life as comfortable as possible. Tony never saw problems he only saw solutions to my concerns and spent time explaining things to me. I never felt that I was asking too many or silly questions which as a woman can sometimes be the case. He treated my home and belongings with respect and went out of his way to ensure everything ran smoothly while I was at work. I have a child who is a dust allergy suffer and whose bedroom is furnished to accommodate his allergy. Tony found, liaised and supervised a floor specialist who took my sons flooring up (as it was vinyl and boarded) to allow access to do the work and then again when they returned to relay it. I would definitely recommend Hicks GB Ltd as not only was the quality of work superb, I felt confidant leaving Tony to get on with it knowing that when I returned home all would be tidy and OK.
