I rang on Thursday afternoon and requested 11am Friday. He had a job then so we arranged Friday 1pm. He arrived on time (12.55pm). He quickly unblocked the drain. Workmanship 10/10 for original job. I request as small additional job. Workmanship for additional job 9/10. I would recommend him.

Steve arrived dead on time he promised to which was within hours of our talking on the phone. Fixed the problem with minimum fuss and stuck to his quote even though took a little longer than planned - even handed back the extra I paid to cover this. Very good manner and tidy to the extent of even taking shoes off when coming back through the house to make sure no mess. Couldn't ask for more.

Really pleasant guy who did a great job against all the weirdness of our plumbing! Would definatly recommend him to anyone with drainage problems. Things got slightly more complicated than we realised initially and he charged an extra £10 but he informed me about this before he did the work and I was absolutely fine about it.

Steve came back to deal with a repeated blocked toilet (as promised if the problem re-occurred) the same day I called. As the issue is more likely to be the pipe or actual drainage I was very impressed and grateful that he didn't charge again for the extra time (even though he had the right to). I can't recommend Steve at Just Drains in Shoreham enough. You have to be able to trust what experts such as him tell you is the problem and in Steve, trust you can!

Steve arrived within an hour of my call, had a go at unblocking the toilet with the limited tools he had on him at the time, with no joy. Looked at other possibilities and we agreed on a course of action that involved him coming back later in the day. He came back with a whole lot of equipment for doing the job and got it done within 20 minutes. Excellent job, tidy, polite - will definitely recommend to others.

I needed a drain company to clear the outside drain and not knowing one, googledCheckatrade. I wanted a local company and decided on 1A Just Drains. I telephoned Steve at around 4.30pm yesterday. He said he would call me back and let me know whether he would call that evening or tomorrow. He duly did and we agreed for him to call today. I have had continuous problems with the toilet drain for the last 2 years. I've had 3 different people looking into it, providing small temporary fixes and never really investigating the issue in depth (literally!). Steve was very friendly, punctual, left the room clean and really got down to the bottom of the problem which turned out to be a blockage fairly far down the drain. It was also great value for the service, in fact the cheapest so far and the one who fix it! I definitely recommend him.

WOW - what a pleasure. I had been quoted up to £250 for a micro jet service (from other companies). Then I called A1 Just Drains who said that it would be just a fraction of that price. Steve came within the hour cleared the blockage within 10 minutes replaced the drain cover and gave me lots of good maintenance advice. Best money I've spent this year. Will certainly use them again.

Steve turned up within 90 minutes and fixed the problem very quickly. Rather than just disappearing he took time to make sure the other drains were working correctly and verify there were no underlying problems. He even provided some advice as to improvements I could make. A very thorough and professional job done at a good price.
