Work required was discussed and fully understood beforehand and a start date given, (amazingly only started a couple of days late despite the non-stop rain of the previous weeks). The coordination of the deliveries and waste removal worked seamlessly and all the work was carried out well and to the agreed plan. I now have the driveway that I wanted and a testimony to Keystone is the number of favourable comments I've had about it in only a few days. It's refreshing to find tradesmen that are courteous and polite, (even my neighbour commented on this) and I have no hesitation in recommending Beau and Andy to anyone with paving needs.

From quotation to completion Beau and Andy's work reflected all the comments others have made about them on Checkatrade. Detailed quotation, started on the date they said they would, tidy working, a very nice finish, and on budget. Attention to small detail also sets these guys apart from the competition, nothing overlooked and nothing is too much trouble. We struggled for ages on choosing a company to come and do the works. We had around 4 quotes done and even though keystone were not the cheapest they were also not the highest. This however was not the main reason that we decided to go with them. When they came to our property they were polite and just seemed like very genuine guys and being in the building game I tend to have a good judge of character when it comes to tradesmen. I would recommend these guys to anyone, 10 out of 10 for everything, even when the wife wanted to make a few changes they did not quibble. Many Thanks.

Beau and Andy were fantastic. Firstly they were very helpful in terms of design of the new patio, and had creative, sensible ideas. Initially they indicated the work could take about 8 days, but in fact it took 5. They worked really hard, even finishing off by torchlight one evening until I sent them home! The two of them make a great team, and best of all they didn't have music playing all day. It was a tricky job because everything had to come through the house, as we have no side access. They laid down plastic sheeting every morning and cleared and swept up every evening, even sweeping the drive. When we accidentally trod on a wet slab and dislodged it, they didn't mind at all and cheerfully re-laid it. We are delighted with the quality of work and all our neighbours were highly impressed, in fact one of them has asked Keystone to quote to replace her patio too.

We cannot praise them high enough, totally professional in all they did and kept us informed of any potential problems from the outset. The weather was not great but they were able to complete within the time scale advised - well done. We would certainly recommend Keystone Paving as they are an example of what a good, no, great job that can be achieved whereby other trades people should follow. It is getting harder to find trades people who are devoted in their work practices and Keystone are an example to all. Keystone pricing were certainly competitive unlike some of the other local paving companies quoted double - are they crazy! A job well done guys
