Refurbishment of 2 x Large Sash Windows

At the front of our property we have two very large sash windows that had been painted shut for a number of years and were unusable. Liam removed them both, re-weighted and re-painted both window surrounds and frames and repaired weather damaged areas. He also installed draft excluding brushes to both windows and new locks. This has already made the room much warmer and we are now looking forward to having the windows open throughout the summer months and enjoying the fresh air coming into the property. We will be asking Liam to carry out other work for us around our property over the next few months as we have been very impressed with his skills and professional work methods. We highly recommend him to others who are looking for a good, reliable and experienced Brighton builder.

Plastering of hallway and bedroom

Excellent and professional job. We were left in the lurch from a so called handyman who assured me he could plaster. He left the walls in a right mess. We called Liam and he was able to come round the next day and offer not only a quote but some positive attitude and advice. Liam and Simon were back in a few days clearing up the mess we had been left. They were quick, clean and very efficient. On the final day they offered some great advice on decorating and even left some useful tools for us to get on our way. I would use Liam again anytime.

Recovery of a botched plastering job

Liam and Simon were great, professional, tidy and efficient. We had a guy helping us out with the refurbishing of our flat. He assured us he could plaster. We left him too it, but came back to find the walls in a right mess. We called Liam, he came round the next day and gave a good quote plus some positive assurance. Liam and Simon were back in a few days and recovered the situation for us. Once complete they gave great decorating tips. I would certainly recommend and use Liam again.
