Overall an excellent service. Clear communications and an all-round good service. A couple of minor niggles were sorted very speedily and cheerfully. Mark came up with intelligent solutions to a complex problem and didn't go on to another job until this one was finished. Although we did go over estimate the reasons were clearly explained during the process. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

SCORE 3 - I estimated work on the understanding that the client was providing the materials themselves, I had little idea of the quality of those materials supplied except for seeing them in a brochure. SCORE 7 (tidiness/time keeping) I was tidy as always, there were sufficient dust cloths laid during the installation and for the duration of the work, it was tidy when we left the job. I was on time on both occasions that I attended the installation. I do not feel on this occasion that my work has been fully recognised and in the future I will not be installing bathroom suites supplied directly from the client. In this case there were several items missing which required a 'trip' to the plumbers merchants to obtain the correct materials, a time consuming and unnecessary requirement.
