We provide troubleshooting and resolution of software and hardware based issues. We also provide advice on security, backup, infrastructure and much more.

MAC installations.
I couldn't recommend James highly enough. Great advice and great service. I had a number of issues from resetting to reconfiguring to installing and networking. All done wonderfully.

Reinstall original settings to Mac.
Having reinstalled the original software to my Mac I lost all my original Mac Mail settings - fed up with dealing with my internet provider call centre James came to the rescue once again and talked me through in methodical and easy to follow instructions. I cannot stress enough how reassuring it is to speak to someone who understands every word you say and answers in a way that you understand. Because it's his own business he cares.

Laptop computer very slow, memory errors, program errors, in need of a general tidy up and overhaul
James was very prompt and polite when returning my call to make an appointment. (I had been waiting for another computer company to call me since 23rd February before finding MicroPro on this web page). James arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He diagnosed and resolved the computer problems very quickly. I had an old desktop which he checked for me and advised me to keep the hard drive and recycle the rest. He kindly copied all the files from the hard drive to my laptop for me knowing I am not computer literate. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. It is refreshing to receive such an excellent service these days.

Setup and installation of new laptop, with router, advice and assistance to successfully operate the system and overcome problem encountered by me.
I cannot speak too highly of James in every aspect of his personality and efficiency. He is most helpful, courteous and certainly knows his stuff. I am most impressed by his knowledge and fluency in all he does. It is a real pleasure to have his services and I would most certainly always look first to James on any computer help I might need.
