We provide troubleshooting and resolution of software and hardware based issues. We also provide advice on security, backup, infrastructure and much more.

Remote resolution of a problem with Microsoft Outlook.

James was able to resolve the issue with the Microsoft Outlook remotely. This was done efficiently, with James explaining what had to be done and carrying out the necessary magic to fix the problem. I had been waiting for Microsoft technicians to do something, but it was all taking too long.

Set up wifi and kindle

Came to set up wifi and kindle, also found a couple of problems on the computer and sorted these, tidied up all my temporary files. Was money well spent - I was stress free. Thanks.

Upgrade NAS server, general IT support, install database

Once again James has done a great job for us. His support has been superb and response times great. We moved offices from Cobham to London and would not consider using any other company than Micropro.

Fixed 'stuck' left click on laptop

Really pleased with the service. James was very helpful on the phone, arrived on time, very courteous and informative. Cost was given before the work was done. Laptop returned when promised and cost a bit less than quoted as it didn't need any parts as anticipated - well pleased.

Possible computer infection

WARNING ! If you get a phone call from someone claiming to be with Microsoft hang up immediately, stupidly I did not and eventually allowed him access to my computer. This is a SCAM and the person is quite plausible and determined, he ,of course WANTED MONEY to correct "errors" in windows. Phoned James in the afternoon, left voicemail message. An hour later James returned my call. James went through my computer remotely and made a number of corrections I am now completely satisfied that on this occasion there was no lasting harm done. I can thoroughly recommend James at MicroPro, he has performed work on my computer in the past and is very polite and efficient
