WARNING ! If you get a phone call from someone claiming to be with Microsoft hang up immediately, stupidly I did not and eventually allowed him access to my computer. This is a SCAM and the person is quite plausible and determined, he ,of course WANTED MONEY to correct "errors" in windows. Phoned James in the afternoon, left voicemail message. An hour later James returned my call. James went through my computer remotely and made a number of corrections I am now completely satisfied that on this occasion there was no lasting harm done. I can thoroughly recommend James at MicroPro, he has performed work on my computer in the past and is very polite and efficient

James re-set up my computer after suffering a glitch on my emails. He responded to my urgent request and followed up during the week to make sure that everything was still working. As I work from home being able to receive emails is critical. His fee was exceedingly reasonable. The computer attempted to start then a blank screen appeared. James arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem was caused by a Windows update. Within a very short time he resolved the problem and as an added measure solved my problem with multi purpose printer (fax). Including various discussions re, computer programs (initiated by me) he spent less than an hour. I definitely recommend James for his knowledge, skill, patience and politeness.

I have previously used James from Micro Pro to give my laptop a thorough overhaul to sort out several problems. He did an excellent job, and was also very prompt and courteous. On this occasion I was having a serious problem with my email. Although the problem couldn't be cured, James set up a new email system for me to stop it recurring, and transferred everything from the old system to the new. He did all this remotely from his own computer, which saved me some money, I would certainly recommend him to others.

James was excellent as always. He explains things so that you understand and is always friendly and polite. He sorted out the old computer so that we can now play some of our old games that wouldn't work on Windows 7. I would highly recommend James and will certainly use this company again.
