We provide troubleshooting and resolution of software and hardware based issues. We also provide advice on security, backup, infrastructure and much more.

Old computer taken out by storm- James sorted out new one

James diagnosed problem with old computer, supervised purchase of new one and set up new one. He explained very clearly what he had done so even I could understand it. He also sorted out our wireless router issues which had defeated previous IT experts. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

ITunes's recording facility not work. Reinstalling of drivers due to a conflict with a recording device previously downloaded to my laptop

James Kirby is a genius and is the Rolls Royce of computer technicians. He was very knowledgeable of his trade, confident and helpful and polite. I have serious doubts as to whether another computer tech could have resolvd my problem. James did. With the added advantage of him being able to remotely access my computer I could go away and let him do what he had to do. I have complete confidence in James and would recommend him to everyone.

Computer Support

James is very responsive, always polite and tidy but most of all always effective irrespective of the nature of the problem - this is rare in that he deals just as easily with hardware, software and network issues - this breadth of knowledge and experience is rare and often what is required - I can't speak highly enough of the professional service James provides.

Sorted an old Apple Power Book G4 and introduced us to the latest Ipad

James put himself out to slot us into his busy schedule. Clean and organized operator. Most knowledgeable and efficient in understanding the vagaries of Apple but also the ignorance of people not used to operating modern technology particularly my wife and myself. The iPad as explained is as simple as you want it to be or as complex as an exercise needs to be. Brilliant! And he's a nice guy

Disc Drive Issue
