The roof repair which was urgent was carried out imediately. The new fence is bespoke and seems very strong,. The garden has been left very tidy. All other small jobs on the list were satisfactorily completed.

I would highly recommend Bill Baines. I have a son with special needs and from the initial visit until the work was completed Bill listened to my endless requirements to keep everyone safe and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction - each step of the way. I had a new front door and side panel fitted and during the installation Bill found one to two extra's which needed to be done and did these at no extra charge. Very tidy, no mess and would certainly have him back again - trustworthy and polite. 10/10 very pleased.

Since this time we have developed a good professional relationship with him and he and his team have undertaken a number of jobs for us on our property since this time. The recent work undertaken by Bill and his team on our behalf was conducted in the professional and efficient manner that we have come to expect. The job was not without its challenges all of which were dealt with effectively and efficiently by Bill and his team. What can I say......Bill and his team have been fantastic since the first time we met for our initial estimate. This job has evolved on a day by day basis, and I admit that I am a fussy and particular customer, however absolutely nothing has been too much trouble for Bill and the team. My constant queries and changes have always been met with good humour and a smile; even when I decided that I just did not like a new window which Bill had installed - a 2nd new window was ordered and installed within 24 hours! The service has been second to none, we have many more projects planned for which we will most definitely use Bill and the team. Bill and his team are absolutely the best in the business. They fitted 15 new windows in 3 days and they were a pleasure to have in my home. I felt comfortable enough to leave them here all day alone and I'm sure my house was cleaner when I came back than when I left. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly (even washed their own tea cups up) The work they did was brilliant - everything that was promised was done and I am really impressed with my new windows. We have used Bill before, and as before have been delighted with his work. We found him to be very flexible on changes and adaptions to the job as it progressed, and could add very good suggestions to improve the project. Very often it is the small finishing touches that make all the difference to the finished job. A couple of minor snagging items were very promptly followed up and rectified. He went that "extra mile" to ensure that the room was ready for decorating in readiness for floor covering to be laid.

I live in a flat so getting double-glazing is a nightmare. I have 3 BIG name companies bore me to death for hours, measure up and quote only to say they couldn't do it. Tried two smaller local companies, same story - all five were only interested in quick and easy work. Bill gave me a quote minus the bs, sorted out all the complications and despite the access and complications the others had shied away from did an absolutely spot on job for very sensible money
