Faulty thermostats
Had thought 2 radiator thermostats were faulty but in fact it was just the pins had stuck. Steve explained in detail how this occurs and has shown me how to deal with it if it happens again. Excellent communication.

Emergency repair of a boiler
Steve has done various repair jobs for me over the past few years and has always been tidy, punctual and efficient. This time I had to call him out because my boiler had suddenly given up the ghost. He responded within 30 minutes to a very early morning call, came round immediately, diagnosed the problem and was back with the part to fix it - all within the same morning!

Made initial visit at short notice to diagnose
problem with our central heating. Returned when he said he would to fit new
thermostat. Very polite, took shoes off at door without being asked to avoid
treading dirt in house. Job completed quickly and efficiently at price
quoted.

Supply and Fit Boiler
I just had my boiler replaced by Panacea Plumbing and heating and I am extremely happy with the work, my old boiler had broken down and I need a new one fast, they were here with in 30 minutes of me calling them and fitted the work in within two days. They could have taken me for ride since I was in dire need of a new boiler but charged me a fair price and I found them to be polite, honest, clean and reliable. They don't make money on the parts, in fact they allow you to supply your own boiler if you wanted but to be honest their prices are not that much more than what you'd find on the internet. They are worcester registered so any worcester boilers they fit come with 5 years parts and labour warranty and a 10 year heat exchanger Warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Boiler replaced about 6 years ago, and regular servicing
We had a boiler replaced about 6 years ago and Steve services the boiler once a year. This summer he updated our system and replaced three radiators and some piping. We now have the most efficient central system once again, and now as the weather gets colder its nice to know that we have a house full of warmth. We would be very happy to thoroughly recommend Steve.

Replace shower pump and shower unit and make good tiling
Steve took a lot of trouble to research and find a solution to our shower problems. He kept us informed at all times. His quotation for the work was very fair and he carried out the job at the time agreed. The job was neat and efficient and he returned subsequently to deal with some minor snagging within the agreed price. Steve was totally helpful and courteous throughout. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his business Panacea Plumbing and Heating based on this experience.
