Sealing and pointing of window surrounds

I am very impressed with this company. Very good communications by phone and email even late at night. Kal turned up on time and worked very hard all day on my windows. I had a limited opportunity to get this job done as scaffoling was in place for another job. Kal finished the job in one full day. He is very skilled and the work was completed to an excellent standard. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Replacing undersink piping to enable a lowered counter top to fit.

Very polite and friendly, turned up on time, performed the work exactly as required, no fuss, the price was bang on the estimate and very fair, great communication beforehand getting the job scheduled at short notice. Basically first rate 10/10.

Partial bathroom refurbishment, including new bath, taps, shower, bath panel including storage, basin within cabinet, radiator, and wall tiling

Bathroom tiling looks wonderful, it has completely transformed the room, additional work involved customising a bath panel in order to fit a door on the side of the bath and I am happy to say this adaptation works just as we hoped it would. Just to add to this that as each task was performed we were taken through it each step of the way to make sure both parties understood what was expected and what the approximate time scales were for each of the tasks, these lines of communication were constant throughout the job and made the whole process easier for us to deal with.

Creation of Victorian style hallway black and white tiled chequered floor, complicated height differences and uneven floor, oak door thresholds to other rooms

Worked well to overcome problems with stability of floor caused by age of property. Mike and his team went the extra mile to ensure a flat surface was created and the overall look envisioned was achieved. It is refreshing to deal with a builder who provides detailed costings before and during the work so there are no nasty surprises at the end of the job. Transparency like this is appreciated when you are on a tight budget and I would like to thank Thomas (aisling will miss your singing), Kal and Dan for their hard work and pleasant manner throughout. I shall use them again in future and recommend them to others.

Removal of existing shed and manufacture of new shed base in new location, assembly and erection of new shed

Very happy to say that on top of the quick removal of old shed, the workman were good enough to move all the contents over to the new shed for us, saving me added time and effort. New shed was placed with careful consideration for the area around it and was very pleased to see the effort that was put into making the base blend into its new surroundings.

Erect scaffold and remove roof and ridge tiles and add new roof batons and vapour barrier. Insert velux roof window. Re-render chimney and cap-off unused flues. Re-lead to chimney. We were so pleased that we had such a courteous and thoughtful team to work on our home which involved projects in almost every room. They arrived promptly every day and made every effort to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and to include a number of last minute requests. In addition to the items listed we also had a number of electrical faults repaired and lighting enhancements as well as various internal and external decorating tasks including filling and painting. The team always left the house clean and tidy and Mike was regularly on hand to ensure that the work was progressing on time and to a high standard. All our queries were answered promptly and the end result is just what we wanted. Thank you to all the team for their hard work and enthusiasm.
