Ross was very professional and efficient, didn't charge for multiple quotes and is going to come back free of charge to explain a few bits and pieces. Only very minor issue was that the bathroom light didn't actually work (lightbulb not fitted so he couldn't be sure of this, but he said he had checked the circuit etc-resolved very quickly with an extra visit at no further charge) Overall excellent service, highly recommend Ross as a friendly and professional tradesman.

Ross undertook a variety of fairly basic repairs including sorting out some problems. He was thorough and made sure that an earth was connected for a ceiling lamp which was previously unearthed. He also (unasked) checked the earthing on the gas meter! He returned a week later to undertake some new work installing extra ceiling spots. His work was exemplary.

Ross fitted a new consumer unit and recommended and fitted a new electric heater pannel. Ross was always on time, polite and trustworthy. I was happy for him to have a key and leave him alone in my home, he was very tidy and cleared up after himself at the end of each day. The work was completed on time and within the esitimate given. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends and should I need any futher electrical work done I would not consider using anyone else!

I'm very satisfied with the work and very pleased I chose Ross to do it. I would certainly go to Ross first for any future work on electrics. He showed endless patience when I dithered over which shower to have, and, again, when he had to return to do the job because the suppliers had sent the wrong one. Ross does good work and is also a very nice person and a pleasure to have in the house.

Contacted local electrician as a matter of urgency on a Sunday afternoon. After explaining my concern, Ross offered to come round to see what needed to be done. He arrived within 30 minutes, identified the problem almost immediately and sorted it very quickly and efficiently.

We contacted Ross initially to provide an estimate for adding an extra circuit to our kitchen as part of renovation work to the downstairs of our house. We quickly realised that in order to provide that circuit we would need to replace our entire consumer unit and bring it up to regs. He estimated the work accurately, and provided the most competitive quote of the 3 electricians who came to see the work. Very tight space to work in, but he managed it. Ross also wired up additional sockets in the kitchen and dining room, as well installed a grid system for isolation of all the kitchen appliances. Ross was always conscious of our budget and was happy for me to prepare chases etc to limit the costs we would incur. Ross tested our entire house as part of the work and made remedial corrections where necessary. New downlighters were also installed throughout the downstairs, including quick connect fittings at my request to enable the plastering work to happen without disruption. Ross was happy to work with our eco requirements to use LED downlights, and recommended suitable products. Ross bent over backwards to accommodate some last minute requests, including when we realised that previous periodic inspections had wrongly assumed we had earth bonding on our rising water main! Ross managed to fit us in at the last minute and ran new earth bonding cable back to the consumer unit before the kitchen fitters limited access to the necessary pipework. Our installation did not have an earth on the lighting circuit and Ross made us aware of this immediately and advised the installation of a Class II double insulated fitting in the bathroom in order to meet the regulation requirements. Ross is also a thoroughly nice bloke - always polite and punctual, and genuinely a good happy attitude going about his work.Ross took time to be kind and chat with our two young children who would frequently ask him questions - they miss him! We were really pleased with the work that Ross has done. He came round the house for a quote beforehand, and then twice after to do the work (the second time because our electricity provider sent their own representative over to switch the meter). Ross was very professional, always came on time, and kept us informed of the progress throughout. We had 3 different quotes for this job and Ross' quote was definitely the most reasonable of the three. Ross is a genuinely nice guy and we felt we could trust him with the job. He also volunteered to replace some spot lights for us in the kitchen, which was really appreciated. I've already recommended Ross to several of my friends and colleagues, and would definitely call him again if we needed any other electrical work done.

Ross has done a fantastic job of rewiring our home, and adding additional sockets, extractors, and smoke alarms. He's a very friendly, reliable, hardworking and polite tradesman and I have already recommended him to others. Rewiring is normally one of the most hated refurb jobs for homeowners, but Ross was so organised, clean and tidy it really was a stress-free experience. The finished result is great. A definite 10/10, and we're very glad to have found him!

Rewired my living room and hide all my TV cables, surround sound, and fitted more plug sockets around the room, plus fitted dimmer switches, and rewired energy saving lights all round the house. Hadn't used them before but definately would again. They went out of their way to do a large re-wiring job for me with pretty short notice. The guy that did the job was friendly, did a good job and left the place tidy. Can't fault these guys to be honest.

I was first impressed with this guys knowledge and very reasonable quote he supplied me with. After having had the work completed, I'm extremely happy and would recommend him to anyone.
