Our bathroom needed to be stripped out completely and redone. Greg encountered some unexpected strange problems but he came up with some very good ideas to get round the problems, always consulting us first with his ideas! We are absolutely thrilled with our bathroom and can't believe it's the same room. Greg is also a very nice person to talk to and you would not be worried about having him in your house, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We called this plumber having seen the advert in our local Checkatrade guide.  Greg was very prompt, arriving at the given time. He made a swift assessment of the problem and replaced the leaking hose without fuss or mess.  We were very pleased with the work done, and at a reasonable price. We will certainly use Greg again should the need arise.

Greg was initially loath to replace the valve as it had started to work again and didn't want to replace something that was not broken. At my request he changed the valve. He completed the job efficiently and within about 20 minutes.

I had the pump on my toilet break off letting water pump out all over the place.  I phoned up phoenix plumbing and he said he would be round in 20 mins. He was here on time.  Sorted out my problem with professionalism. Took about half hour and all fixed.  Very friendly and a very reasonable price (it being a Sunday evening). Would highly recommend phoenix plumbing services.

Had a faulty hot water tap in downstairs toilet. Not able to turn it off, so it was running all the time - not too much but enough to be a nuisance. Greg Smith came during the afternoon, as arranged, and took tap to pieces and replaced the washer? or similar. Tap is now no longer running. My only criticism is he gave me a price for the hour and he probably was only with me for half an hour. However, this was not too excessive I guess, as job was done quickly and efficiently. And I know Plumbers can charge a call-out charge before actually doing anything, so I do not consider this too bad. Very pleasant, friendly chap.

There was a problem with my shower from the moment it was fitted.  The original plumber and one other could not find the fault. Greg persevered until he traced the problem - it took several visits but he wouldn't give up!  Good workmanship, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended.
