Various plumbing jobs - fixing broken tap, fixing new cartridge to shower, fixing leaking tap, rectifying a leaking shower pump.
All the above work was carried out very efficiently and at considerably less cost than I was anticipating, particularly as he had to wait whilst I went to purchase a new cartridge for the shower. He was also very tidy and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbours.

Installed 2 new radiators and fixed leaky radiator
Delighted at the helpful nature of Plumbers Inc.  Their first visit to provide a quote was when we were in a foot of snow and they still arrived on time! Prior to them starting the work we had an unrelated problem with our boiler and they came round within the hour on a Sunday to help us.  The work they did for us turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated due to our builders capping off pipe work too short but Garth did not complain and spent a great deal of time and effort getting it just right for us. Following the drain down of our system, a radiator upstairs did not manage to fill up and Garth was round the next day without quibble to ensure it was up and running.  All in all we were more than delighted with their customer service and feel very lucky to have found them! Will definitely use again.

New bath taps, and tightening of existing sink taps.
They came and replaced the old bath taps which we had purchased. They were quick and efficient. I had asked Warren if he could look at the loose tap in the bathroom. He came back another time at no extra charge. They were friendly and helpful. My wife was pleased as they take their shoes off by the front door, very tidy!

Checked and resolved a botched installation on a new washing machine.
Every trades person should be like these two young lads - prompt, courteous, helpful, efficient and willing to go an extra mile to give customer satisfaction.  The big league vendors should learn lessons from them. Well done lads.
