Fixed spindle in door lock mechanism

Called Lee out at 6.40am with no complaints. Turned up 10 minutes later bright and cheerful. Was very professional, explained what the problem was and fixed it, rather than just charging me for the cost of a new lock which he very easily could have (seeing as I am not at all mechanically minded). He tested the lock numerous times afterwards to makesure it worked and explained how I could unlock my door to get back in should the spindle ever slip again. Felt at ease and like I could trust him and will definitely be recommending his services.

Replacing broken lock on back door.

The job was difficult as the lock was jammed and rusted in Lee was cheerful and helpful and did his utmost to do a good job at a reasonable price.
