Rainbow Building Services are a professional Building & Project Consultancy Company serving the Brighton & Hove area.

We are general builders, the main body of work undertaken is as follows:

We pride ourselves on our exceptional reputation. Our Company has attained the FMB Accreditation for several years now and we received in 2008 an award from the FMB for exceptional renovation project work.

In addition to this we are Trading Standards Approved, members of FENSA (Windows and Doors) / members GFFi - Glass & Glassing Federation and currently obtaining NHBC accreditation, guaranteeing work on new builds for 10 years.

Property refurbished.
At the beginning of June 06, I was in the process of purchasing a new property in Hove. Further to surveys I had done, I was led to believe that certain work needed to be carried out. I contact a couple of Building Companies and was given very different quotes - who never followed up on them either and where not very helpful and I got the feeling were maybe taking advantage of a single woman by themselves. I found Kevin Viney's details through the internet and called. Kevin spent a considerable time talking to me and assured me that he would go and view the property as soon as possible. Due to my work commitments, it was difficult for me to contact the estate agents to arrange this. Kevin advised that he would arrange everything for me and did so. Within a day I had a sensible quote for the work and agreed to use Kevin's company. Whilst the purchase was going through, Kevin kept in regular contact with me - always advising of when he could fit me in. Finally I moved in and Kevin came to see me a day later. He was very polite and friendly and I felt that I could trust him. He arranged for the work to be done a couple of weeks later. He sent around his team who were very respectful of my property and completed the work with no mess or rubbish left behind and the work was very good quality. Again due to my work commitments is was difficult to meet with Kevin or his foreman to settle the balance and discuss the work done - however we arranged to meet prior to their normal work hours which was extremely helpful and meant I could get to work on time. I have not hesitation in recommending Kevin and Rainbow Building Services. They are a friendly, trustworthy, polite and knowledgeable company and I will always go back to use them for advise or further works.
