I would not recommend this company for any building work. I found the level of service poor and three members of staff difficult to deal with. In my opinion If it had not been for the freelance member of staff, the project would have been even more of a nightmare than it actually was. Building project became such that Trading Standards had to become involved to rectify the issues, which are now finally completed. In my opinion if the matter had been dealt with better and the communication had been good then it would not have caused me so much hassle. I am so glad the building is now complete and that I never have to see anyone from this company again.

Response from Rainbow Building Services:
The problem we had with the garage extension/summer house build was the fibre glass roof only. We applied this product in the winter (worst winter for 100 years) unfortunately it leaked after about 2 weeks of the completed build. There was a breakdown in communication between both parties, due to the fact that I was not allowed to carry out the roof remedial work initially so I, not the customer instructed trading standards to get involved in mediation, so I could go back and replace the roof, which was signed off by the product I used. I feel the comments made are unfair and do not reflect the professionalism of standards of my firm, which can be verified by references and comments on previous posts.
