Reset a loose tile on roof
I was impressed with Reliable Roofing Ltd right from the initial call I had with Hannah. Hannah was extremely polite and professional, she knows what customer service is all about. John gave a courtesy call before arriving and arrived on time, which is another good start. He was very professional and gave us some sound advice and was able to help us out with no trouble at all. Pre purchase report, then repoint ridging and tile replacement once moved in
John inspected roof of property before we bought it and prepared a report and estimate for works so we knew what we were in for. Once moved in Hannah was very friendly and helpful when arranging for works to be done. On day of works John turned up on time, worked hard and left no mess. He was cheerful and didn't charge for work that was not needed in the end. Would definitely recommend this company

The Reliable Roofer has done a number of jobs for me from repairing a small leak, to filling some damaged mortar, and to advising on a major chimney repair.  I always call them before anyone else and highly recommend. Efficient, friendly, reasonable prices and very very helpful.

John inspected the roof of a house we were in the process of buying and provided a highly detailed, informative report about repairs needed and estimate of cost, including photos. This ensured we did not blindly proceed with the purchase of a house which needed extensive roof repairs! I would highly recommend this company.
