Diagnosis and repair of a leaking roof

I had 4 people quote for the job and not only was John's one of the most competitive but he was the only one who accurately diagnosed the problem and really lifted the hood to give an accurate analysis. When it came to fixing the job, John turned up early and did a great job of getting the job done on time and on budget. It is clear John is an extremely reliable and trustworthy guy, not out to make a fast buck and con you which is extremely refreshing in this day and age. Do not hesitate to use John, both him and Hannah in the office were a complete pleasure to deal with. Couldnt recommend more highly.

Resolved leaking roof

Perfectly punctual (10 minutes early) smartly turned out and very civil, Mr Liversidge arrived to carry out a free estimate for fixing a leaky main roof. Realised problem immediately and fixed on the spot (clearing out blocked Velux channels).At my request took time to review rest of roof for possible maintenance requirements. Reported and photographed two minor items (no invented work). Suggested they could wait until further major work done to save scaffolding charges. I had to force a small gratuity on him in payment for work actually carried out as he said it was part of free estimate.(Sorry John, I promise not to tell Hannah) Outstanding. Will definitely adopt as 'preferred roofer'

Gutters cleared, roof checked advice given

I have used Reliable Roofers last year - John came and puzzled out why my flat roof was leaking in 3 different places by a series of "lets see if this fixes the problem" which cost small reasonable amounts and now no more leaks..  total bill was a couple of hundred pounds and NOT the thousands of pounds quoted by 3 other larger roofing companies who basically just wanted to rip the whole roof off and replace. He came today for routine maintenance and has advised on two small things that need fixing to keep the roof and bays shipshape and wateright and removed a bucket full of muck and grass clumps from the guttering.  It is so nice to know you are getting a proper job done for a fair price with no "bull"! Very rare these days.  Also Hannah in the office is very helpful and friendly and can recommend lots of other reliable tradesman and I have used some of them too.

Clean and replace guttering and fit anti-pigeon spikes
