I first contacted Shutterly back in November and made enquires. The friendly and polite head office team organised Lewis to carry out the survey of the windows. He turned up perfectly on time, was extremely knowledgeable and also offered great advice. Furthermore, he explained every thing without any technical jargon and was more then helpful. He explained that he would then email me the quote to which this was done 48hrs after the survey. I then contacted the head office and organised the work to be carried out. I had to pay 50% of the cost up front and 50% after the work had been completed. It took approximately 8 weeks for the shutter to be made and boy was it worth the wait. Shutterly contacted me to book an appointment and then the installer (Sean) came around perfectly on time to fit the shutter. The whole fitting (2 windows) took less then 2 hrs. The moment he was in the house, he started the work and then didn't stop until it was finished. He was extremely polite and friendly. He gave great advice on aftercare also. In regards to the shutter it self, they are perfect fit, beautifully designed and works wonders for keeping light out as well as heat/sound insulation. All the fantastic team at Shutterly from Haley, Sean to Lewis did every thing perfect and I was extremely professional throughout the whole phase. I would more then recommend them to anyone. We had shutters installed on our front bay window. They did an excellent job from start to finish, from the initial consultation through to installation. Endlessly polite, helpful and courteous at all levels - from the office staff to Sean, who did the installation for us. Everything was done effortlessly, tidy and most importantly, very well! Glad that we went with Shutterly Fabulous and were quite pleasantly surprised that the cost of the new shutters wasn't much more than it would have been had we installed it ourselves and very reasonable given the excellent service which we received. Very pleased overall.

We are so pleased with our new shutters from Shutterly Fabulous. The service has been first class from start to finish and they've kept us informed of developments throughout. I particularly liked the way they offered a 'ballpark' quote without obligation as so many companies won't give you a clue until you've taken the day off work for them to measure up. My only complaint would be that arranging the initial consultation was rather difficult but once this was arranged the service was exceptional. We can't recommend this company highly enough. Having done months of research we decided to get a quote from Shutterly Fabulous alone, and from the initial contact by email, to Lewis coming to measure up and quote, along with his excellent, concise advice, and absolutely no pressure to order (although we did there and then), right through to the faultless fitting exactly eight weeks later by two courteous qualified fitters, we don't regret our decision for a second. We now have a beautiful home that stands out from the crowd, and the one word that keeps coming up again and again is "stunning". The attention to the final finishing touches during installation is second to none. Shutterly only fit shutters, so if you're considering other companies that also offer blinds, take our advice and choose Shutterly. Even if you have you pay more, the peace of mind that you get is well worthnevery last penny. Thank you so much to everybody involved.

Start to finish, the only fault I found was that the shutters couldn't be fitted quicker than the eight weeks I had to wait. Nevertheless, worth the wait they were. Every single person I dealt with was efficient and responsive, but most importantly, incredibly kind and friendly. Personal service is very high up my list of priorities, so to have my wishes granted so completely made the whole experience pleasureful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Shutterly Fabulous were professional from start to finish. The fitter arrived on time and was pleasant and friendly, he started working immediately and the job was done in approximately an hour and a half. The quality of his work was excellent and I could not pick out any faults. The fitter cleaned up after he had finished and left the area clean and tidy. The shutters have transformed our living room and added the final touch we were looking for. Shutterly Fabulous were recommended to us by a friend who had some shutters installed in her house and we had a look and were impressed enough to use them ourselves. I will be recommending them to any of our friends who are looking to install shutters for their home. Overall I am very happy with the work and the cost of the shutters and will use them again if we decide to install shutters in any of our other rooms. Roy Patel

The shutters look great! Installation didn't take too long and the end result was perfect. Paul the installer was on time and very nice to deal with. He did a very tidy job and he took all the packaging etc with him which was a real help.
