My name is Mark and I have been the face of Southern PC Doctor for the last 8 years and in the world of IT for the last 14 years (as of 2012). Based in Waterlooville I offer a mobile computer PC and laptop repair service in and around Portsmouth

Investigate problem with charging on my laptop

The laptop was taken away and a potential fault identified to me. I was advised of the repair cost but was also advised that as the machine was just out of warranty I should contact the retailer and ask them to repair what was a potentially very expensive fault. Thanks to Marks advice I was able to save myself a lot of money and the repair has been carried out at the retailers cost. It says a ;lot for Mark's integrity that he was prepared to save ME money rather than repair the item himself. I would highly recommend this company.

The blue death page appeared on our desktop computer and was unable to access it at all! Mark completely re installed the entire system!

We now have a fully working computer! Happy days! Would always recommend Mark to everyone! Very happy with his work!

Setting Up Network For PC's and Printer Using Devolo Plugs

A very prompt response to my initial 'phone call and Mark has sorted out the network around the house so we are now getting a consistent internet connection. The time the job took was within the estimate given. Recommended!

PC firing up but "no signal" on monitor

Mark arrived on time and within 5 minutes had identified what the problem with the PC was. He dismantled it, sorted the problem, gave it a good clean, reassembled and tested it, I had mentioned that I am not good with technology but Mark explained what he was doing every step of the way and also gave me some tips on getting a faster response with my Internet Explorer. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
