Mark visited on a first occasion and diagnosed problem relating to anti-virus security and set up a better system on our computer. Once this had been resolved another problem occurred, and we phoned up for advice. Initially he tried to resolve the problem relating to a message coming on our computer screen, but was up front in explaining that he had to charge another fee to re-examine our computer again to see what was causing it. After this 2nd visit Mark was able to resolve this secondary problem with our computer.

Mark has now visited us twice to remove a virus from 1 computer and to undertake work on 3 other computers. He approached the job methodically and in a professional manner. Even though he had not seen the specific virus before, his methodical approach resolved the issue in a timely fashion. The laptop was taken away and a potential fault identified to me. I was advised of the repair cost but was also advised that as the machine was just out of warranty I should contact the retailer and ask them to repair what was a potentially very expensive fault. Thanks to Marks advice I was able to save myself a lot of money and the repair has been carried out at the retailers cost. It says a ;lot for Mark's integrity that he was prepared to save ME money rather than repair the item himself. I would highly recommend this company.

There are so many unscrupulous repairman stories floating around that one feels hesitant to take chances with someone new, but I’m glad I did here. A very courtesies and competent computer engineer, who resolved the defects I had with my computer equipment. Experienced several intermittent system lockups, and Vista problems prevented me using transfer utilities to upgrade to Windows 7. Mark checked out hard disk and carried out software upgrade, using his own utilities and hardware to preserve all my data. Options were discussed and work was carried out efficiently. This was the second time I had used Mark's services, the previous time to replace a failed power supply. On both occasions I found him to be very helpful and efficient, and would happily recommend him to others.
