Mark visited on a first occasion and diagnosed problem relating to anti-virus security and set up a better system on our computer. Once this had been resolved another problem occurred, and we phoned up for advice. Initially he tried to resolve the problem relating to a message coming on our computer screen, but was up front in explaining that he had to charge another fee to re-examine our computer again to see what was causing it. After this 2nd visit Mark was able to resolve this secondary problem with our computer.

Mark has now visited us twice to remove a virus from 1 computer and to undertake work on 3 other computers. He approached the job methodically and in a professional manner. Even though he had not seen the specific virus before, his methodical approach resolved the issue in a timely fashion. He offered friendly advice and his approachable manner meant that the work was carried out speedily. The laptop was taken away and a potential fault identified to me. I was advised of the repair cost but was also advised that as the machine was just out of warranty I should contact the retailer and ask them to repair what was a potentially very expensive fault. Thanks to Marks advice I was able to save myself a lot of money and the repair has been carried out at the retailers cost. It says a ;lot for Mark's integrity that he was prepared to save ME money rather than repair the item himself. I would highly recommend this company.

Mark is a trustworthy, professional man who knows his stuff. He couldn't totally mend my computer - not through lack of skills but because my laptop is in IT terms old. He was very helpful in letting me know the different avenues I could go down to resolve the problem - detailing costs as he went. A good man.

Mark was very helpful and Polite. He quickly diagnosed the problems with my computer and then gave me options. When we found that these options would not fix the current problems on the Pc he recommended I reboot my computer which he kindly did for me ensuring all my files were backed up and explained everything fully.

Excellent approach gave options, explained what was happening in simple language. Took away all fears of computing. We are very happy with the product and the personal service provided. From start to finish it was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending!
