An appointment was made within a few day of my telephone call. The Engineer arrived on time and carried out a thorough service and repair (temperature problem) explaining exactly what was being done. The problem was a complex one to resolve, resulting in them having to try several fixes before finally resolving it. They never gave up until the problem was fixed, visiting several times to try different things. As before Gavin arrived when booked, repaired a small leak from a previous repair he had carried out and fitted a cover lifter.
