An appointment was made within a few day of my telephone call. The Engineer arrived on time and carried out a thorough service and repair (temperature problem) explaining exactly what was being done. This the second time we have used Spafix and their service is exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend Spafix.

Thorough research by office based staff via phone and email to ensure the correct pump was obtained. Price quoted was priced charged. The problem was a complex one to resolve, resulting in them having to try several fixes before finally resolving it. They never gave up until the problem was fixed, visiting several times to try different things.
