I was very impressed with the appearance of Paul Newbury, he had all the necessary equipment including dust sheets, he was very polite and explained exactly what he would do and what the ultimate result would be. He did point out that being an older suite, not all the marks would come out. But in actual fact, they did. Very conscientious and hard working - very impressed would certainly use him again.
