Sullivan Window Cleaning was launched in August 2010 after discovering a huge demand for professional, reliable window cleaning across Surrey.

We have invested in the latest cleaning technologies, which involves pumping 100% pure water through a telescopic pole directly onto your windows. Not only do we clean the glass, we clean the entire frame, including sills and ledges. Our water is chemical free, which not only results in completely smear free glass, but is also environmentally friendly.

Our poles can reach great heights, and our water is fully mobile, meaning greater access to windows previously inaccessible.

We don't just clean windows, we also clean conservatories, cladding, soffits and gutters too!

All work is completely guaranteed. This means that if you are unsatisfied with the results, call us within 24 hours and we will re-wash any windows until you are completely satisfied.

Full clean of windows and sills

Lee was polite, professional and took great pride in his work. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job cleaning our windows and sills which had not been cleaned for 2+ years (which included a period of building work) and also reached our windows on the second floor which no window cleaner has been able to do 'the old fashioned way' in the 8 years we have been in our house - so all in all, he had his work cut out for him!. His quote was competitive, work and work ethic excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

3 Bedroom Semi-Detached House including conservatory

We have used this company since moving to the area six months ago. The work is carried out with the minimum of fuss, high level of competence and professional attitude. Lee sends a text the day before he arrives so we can make sure he has access. The only sign he has been is gleaming windows. Highly recommend.

2 bedroom semi detached house on main road - all windows and sills cleaned

Very pleased with the work carried out. After initial call, an estimate was given and the work carried out the next day ! Good communication and the windows have never looked cleaner. Will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

Window and conservatory cleaning

Lee first attended my property 2 months ago. The windows had not been cleaned for 2 years and were very dirty. Lee spent the whole morning giving them a thorough clean and they looked great afterwards. He is thorough, takes pride in his work, and is pleasant to deal with. As agreed, he followed up 2 months later, arranged a convenient time to come round again, turned up on time, and did another good job. I would recommend him.

Regular external clean of windows

Lee is very polite and reliable. He provides good communication about when he is coming and does a good job. I provided feedback about one window which he was more than happy to tackle a second time. For a regular window cleaner I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
