He worked efficiently, and kept to the arrangements about time, and the amount he would charge me on the estimate. He happily worked around me and my seven month old baby so we could carry on our day as usual, informing me when the electric needed to be turned off, how long it would be off for and so on. Tried to put up a huge ceiling Rose alone and whilst trying to take down the old one parts of the ceiling started coming away. Gave up and emailed Duncan in a panic hoping he'd be able to come round in the next few days and make good the damage I'd done. He appeared on my doorstep within the next hour. Having never put up such a ceiling Rose he had it up, all re-wired and looking great within half an hour! Brilliant! I'll be calling when all the other roses need doing!

Duncan was thoroughly professional from start to finish. Timekeeping and attention to detail impressive. Explained exactly what he was doing and why. Where repairs or upgrades were required, he estimated what the costs would be straight away and demonstrated why these were necessary. He also helped me out with finding an emergency plumber at 5.30pm on a Friday afternoon when he discovered a leak during his inspection! I have no hesitation recommending Sussex Electrics.
