Response from Terry Drake Roofing:
We are sorry to hear that the customer feels let down and was unhappy with the service he received. According to our record we replaced the garage roof in Sept 2009 all was well until earlier this year when the customer informed us there was a leak. We attended the property and could find no reason for the problem - the roof in question ajoins a polycarbonate roof and it is here we believe the problem lies – however we agreed to try a sealant along the joint. Due to an oversight this job was overlooked and the customer contacted us again. We looked at the job and agreed there was still no obvious reason why the roof was leaking. We returned on Saturday 26 November 2011 to complete the work however in the mean time the customer had returned a negative review. We are sorry that he felt the need to do this and hope that this has resolved the matter. We have stressed to the customer that should the roof continue to leak we are confident that it is from the polycarbonate roofing and as we do not deal with this type of sheet roofing he should contact a Roofer who can look at it. If it is proven to be the work completed by ourselves that is the problem we will reimburse the cost of any repairs though we are confident this is not the case.

Arrived on Tuesday morning - started reroofing the garage and finished on Wednesday lunchtime. Roofers were very nice, polite and tidy. Could not give a 10 for the standard of work as need a good downpour to see if the conservatory roof no longer leaks!!!! If it does not leak then I hope I can change it to a 10. Really could not fault them - would certainly recommend.
