The Green Home Company is a very different type of Solar Installer. We’re part of the GML Group, a 20 year old business that builds schools, sports centres, nurseries and similar buildings in the public sector. Here are just some of the things that make us different:

    We boast a legion of satisfied customers willing to back up our claims of excellence.

 

  • As one of the UK’s biggest importers of solar PV products we are independent from any single manufacturer and able to offer you the widest choice of systems at direct prices.
  • We employ a large team of solar design engineers and experienced installers to ensure you get a system that is designed and optimised uniquely for your home and that will perform at its peak for at least 25 years.
  • We have been chosen as the sole installer for 1800 solar PV systems to be installed   before April 2012 for a scheme financed by a leading high street bank.
  • We are accredited to ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 as well as being MCS and Trust Mark accredited.

Solar Panels fitted to South facing roof

The Green home company arranged everything. The Scaffolders arrived on the due date. The following day The Solar panels were fitted and then again the following day, the scaffolding was removed. All very efficient, very neat, very tidy and above all else all the work force were very courteous. The whole installation was completed in 6 hours. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of this company and would recommend them to anybody thinking of having Solar panels fitted

Install solar panel array

Very impressed with the whole experience, and happy to recommend TGHC. The system was up and generating in one day. There was a small issue with a component that the team were unhappy with, even though the system was up and running - they phoned the following day to make an appointment to replace the part the day after. They juggled the scheduling to work around the conservatory installation that was happening at the same time, and went to a good deal of effort to make sure everything went smoothly.
