New toilet under stair case
Back window was blocked off, with all pipe work diverted behind boxing or out room under other hidden areas to avoide any pipe work on show. The room was tiled and untilities fitted, a large mirror was attached to the slopped under stair part as seen in picture

Part of trm building ltds services include a handy man service carrying out small jobs most construction firms wont touch

Brighton House refurbishment Front room
Back curved arch was formed into square with light fitted, old gas fire was replaced with a flue less wall mounted fire, lights replaced for recessed lighting

The house had just been brought and we stripped it back to brick, installing new central heating and complete refurbishment
