In my opinion the whole point of our complaint is that having agreed to provide a service which started for 3 units it then stopped and we have never had the courtesy of an apology or reply to phone calls and emails

Terry and Richard arrived on time, very polite. They competed all the work required, plus a few other jobs. When all was completed, everywhere was clean and tidy. All together the "professional" work done and the price unbeatable, 101% I would highly recommend to anyone.

encountered problems but was very cheerful about them - said they made his work interesting! the 9/10 for time keeping is because Mr Matthews had to buy a new saw for cutting the panel to fit my low bath. He informed me about the delay in arriving at the time arranged.

I've scored 10's across the board for TRM because I really couldn't fault the work they've done.  This was a big job and the house was gutted from top to bottom. We needed new ceilings, complete re-plastering....new everything.  We had a kitchen and bathroom installed too. In every way Terry has been super helpful, did what he said he would, dealt with complications efficiently without stressing me out and basically was completely trustworthy in every way.  He made for me, what could have been a further nightmare a really comfortable time. I could just leave them to it and felt safe that they (TRM) were going to just deliver....and they did...on budget, ahead of schedule and looking great.  He also helped me with cheap quotes for various other jobs that needed doing too. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I needed help.

Terry and his team turned up early morning got straight to work. They removed my old shed and took it away for me (that was not quoted for and did not charge me) Built my new base and by 3 I had a new shed erected. Great workmanship and care taken of my garden. Would consider again for further work
