New Bathroom

I chose Vale Property Services on the basis of their score on CheckaTrade and am pleased to say that the work carried out reflected his score. Alex takes great pride in doing a quality job. We had a bathroom refitted with shower, sink, toilet and radiator. All works were done to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to my friends.

Alex stripped and fitted out a shower room, travelling from Brighton to Croydon while I was on holiday. The work was completed on time and I now have a great looking and working shower room with an incredible shower. My neighbours have all commented on his time keeping and his tidiness and his courtesy

Alex has done a fantastic job. The space for the new kitchen was extremely limited - Alex has made the most of the small space and had to cope with difficult access to the property. I would definately him recommend to others.

After gutting and refitting our bathroom, Alex went on to gut and refit the kitchen. Everything went according to the plans. We knew there might have been damp problems behind the kitchen sink wall, this was indeed the case... We were informed of the extent of the problem immediately and Alex went through all the various options and sorted it (delaying things but at least we had peace of mind). We are once again extremely satisfied by the standard of work and we continue to be impressed by Vale Property Services. We would definitely recommend Alex to others.

Alex (and Alex!) finished the bathroom today. Extremely pleased with the result. It is lovely to know that someone takes real pride in the work they do, that was really clear. Having had many experiences of being let down by builders, it is always difficult to know if you can trust someone. I can honestly say Check-a-Trade does seem to be trustworthy, and I can thoroughly recommend Alex (he will be doing our kitchen next).

In May I was able to give Alex the keys to my flat and go off on Holiday for a month, during this time he completely re decorated the flat to my complete satisfaction. This week he has installed a new wash hand basin to a unit in my shower room once again you wouldn't know he had been here. I have asked him to do more work whilst I am away later in the year.
