Excellent service from start to finish. I cannot believe what a difference the new windows have made. My apartment is now warm in every room. No more heat loss. The father and son team who fitted the windows were a joy to have working in my home. At the end of the day my blinds were put back up and the rubbish all cleared away and my windows looked great. .

From start to finish Keith made the process of choosing and fitting the new door straightforward. Comparison with other companies proved his quote to be extremely competitive without compromising on quality. Keith knows his stuff when it comes to the design of the windows, and really seems to care about keeping the customer happy. Installation was painless, with minimal clearing up for me to do!. I had started to decorate my bathroom, and was about to start rubbing down and painting my very old and in bad repair window frame - when I just thought I would enquire to the cost and time frame to install a new double glazed window. I went on the internet and generated some enquiries. This was at 22:00 on Saturday evening. By 9:00 on Sunday morning Keith had contacted me, he was very friendly, and provided me with my options, approx costs and feasible time frames. This information encouraged me to have a formal quote and seal the deal. As I was on leave in this week I wanted the window a.S.A.P. By the following Thursday the window had been made and Mike and Gavin came to fit it. Again I was very impressed with the friendliness of the workmen, and the high standard of their workmanship. My window was fitted quickly and the end result surpassed my expectation. I will not hesitate to use the this company again, as I have 3 additional windows and a front door that I will to eventually replace.

Keith Morris quoted for the door without any sales gimmicks nor pressure. The quotation was at least a third less than the lowest given by the "big boys"! The door was quickly installed without mess nor hassle. Mick and Gavin, the fitters, father and son, were courteous, efficient and very personable people . All in all an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending Victory and will be seriously considering a front door replacement in the not too distant future. My neighbour may as well. We dealt with victory windows over the Phone ( we live some distance away)and found them very efficient. The work was done on a flat we own, We have not seen the finished product yet. The letting agent has not been in touch so we assume all is well. We will see the window in July, When our tenants move out. Victory did email Pictures of the finished Job. From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with Victory...Although I probably drove them mad chopping and changing my mind, Keith was always obliging. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to styles of windows, and most importantly where dummy sashes should be so that the windows all look the same size! It's amazing how many windows I now see which are not aligned correctly, but if you don't know what I'm talking about... go to Victory. Price wise, they were very competitive and quality has NOT been compromised. The fitters Mick and Gavin were lovely - very polite and helpful and always punctual and tidy. We love our windows and would recommend Victory every time.
