Replacement of faulty hard drive on a laptop
Julian provided us with a faultless service. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained clearly (without the use of unnecessary jargon) how the problem could be resolved and provided an accurate quote. He even asserted that if he had mis diagnosed the fault and additional work was required to fix the problem, the cost quoted would remain the same. Julian provided an equipment pick-up and drop-off service which is invaluable if you are juggling work and children as I am...it's one less thing to have to fit into the day. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Julian and Woodstock IT.

Slow running PC
My PC had become very slow running over a period of time and was becoming intolerable to use. Upon investigation Julian was able to straight away get to the cause of the problems. His knowledge is unquestionable and gave good recommendations at the same time. Since his visit the PC has been running perfectly and is a pleasure to use.
