In response to the customers comments, I think the customer misunderstood me as to the amount of time it takes for a system disk check to run. To save the customer money, I set the disk system check to run as I left his premises, so he would not need to pay for any unnecessary labour charges. I explained the disk check goes through 5 stages and may take up to two hours to complete. By me doing this the customer only paid a lower price to have his computer fixed rather than a higher price had I waited for it to complete by me remaining on site, and he was exceptionally pleased I fixed his initial problem so quickly. The customer rated the work 10 of 10 for all criteria, and has used my services previously.
