In response to the customers comments, I think the customer misunderstood me as to the amount of time it takes for a system disk check to run. To save the customer money, I set the disk system check to run as I left his premises, so he would not need to pay for any unnecessary labour charges. I explained the disk check goes through 5 stages and may take up to two hours to complete. By me doing this the customer only paid a lower price to have his computer fixed rather than a higher price had I waited for it to complete by me remaining on site, and he was exceptionally pleased I fixed his initial problem so quickly. The customer rated the work 10 of 10 for all criteria, and has used my services previously.

Giles did much more than just restoring the computer. He went the extra mile. He cleaned up system, installed clean up software for my future use, installed a more secure router and recommended a replacement of security suite that had caused the problem. He even searched the web to find the best price in local vicinity! Computer working much faster than before the crash.
