Tony and his team have carried out repairs to my car on five separate occasions since 14 September 2010 (it's a very old car that I haven't looked after) and I have always been delighted with their service. Tony was honest in his appraisal of the work required and advised car was beyond economical repair (for my own reasons, I instructed Tony to proceed with the repairs). I'm always impressed that Tony and his team are prepared to show me the parts they have replaced and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I also feel Tony's prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Yellow Crown Motors.

I called Tony Dalessio in trouble not being able to get a straight quote for a head gasket for my Peugeot from the garage where it had been towed. The car had been there 3 days and I refuse to give go ahead without quote. Looked through Check a Trade (wish I had done this in the first place!!) and found Tony's details. Tony called me back, on a Saturday morning, shortly after my message and spent a good half-hour on the phone with pragmatic advice and a CLEAR quote with what needed to be done. This included how much time the labour would take. I called another 3 garages before that. Not 1 gave me such straightforward clear response. At least I know where I stand and I feel, I can trust I have all the information I could possibly have been given under the circumstances to make an informed choice. Excellent. Thank you.

The work was carried out speedily and well. The mechanic was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I was 'phoned to agree the cost of the work and again as soon as it was completed. The work was done on time, just as they had promised. The loan of a courtesy car was much appreciated. In fact, not at all like a normal garage, but much, much better! I will definitely go back.

Work was completed quickly and before the quoted time. Vehicle was left washed and clean, ready for my collection. I had the use of a loan car whilst the works were carried out. This was free and very handy. Tony kept me informed throughout the works on my car and it was always my option as to whether additions / recomendations were carried out.
