“We booked this person to fix our boiler. Attended quickly and took a £50 call out fee off us "refundable against the future work" promised to order parts and return. Did not return. Did not communicate. Avoided all text or phone calls. After several days I used a different phone number and he answered claiming to be in hospital with ill relative and promised to call back. Did not. Will not return calls or texts, has kept our £50 and left us with no heating or water with a baby. Cheers mate. Avoid at all costs. A "proper" plumber advised he had misdiagnosed fault and fixed for free!!”

We had every intention of returning to this customer however a family member was suddenly taken critically ill and we were called to the hospital. We were unable to leave his bedside as we didn’t know how long we had left with our relative. Sadly he passed away after a few days. We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused to this customer and we have every intention of refunding the £50 mentioned in his feedback. This was hopefully, a one off situation over which we had no control. However, we have taken the customers experience on board and will try our best to keep customers informed if we ever find ourselves in a similar position. Please refer to our other feedback for a reflection of how we manage our customer services in normal circumstances.
