“I rang up early in the morning, and was told Joe would be over between 10-12am that morning. Despite the early time (sorry!) Andy was polite and told me the price during the call. At 10.30 Joe turned up; he was courteous and polite and explained what he was going to do. After the drain was cleared, Joe also explained what the possible causes of the blockage were and what we could do to investigate further. Very happy with the work, the customer service of both Andy and Joe, and will call them in the future.”
