“Totally unprofessional - measured them incorrectly but still fitted them - when I complained about seeing the black edges of the units in the window,he tried to blame the manufacturer and said they'd "reduced his measurements by 10 mill" er why? I received a number of texts trying to explain why I could see the rims of the units, which I have retained as evidence - eventually he returned,re-measured and replaced 9/1. Texted me to ask for remaining moneys - when I said I'd pay on receipt of invoice and guarantee - He sent me it on a text! I wouldn't recommend this trader to my worst...”

I was very sorry to see the feedback from this customer. I take pride in my workmanship and this reflects on both the high scores and positive comments from my happy customers on my website. Unfortunately, on this job there was an issue where I gave the manufacturers the make and sizes for this job which was for 12 double glazed units & they reduced the sizes and thickness. When I spoke to the manufacturers they told me to go back and take the measurements again which I made the appointment with the customer and got the units made and we rectified the job at an extra cost to the manufacturers and posted the invoice on text and delivered the invoice to the customers address. This job is all complete now,I am sorry for any misunderstanding or any inconvenience caused by this.
