I explained the problem over the phone and was given an approximate time. The electrician texted me advance and he arrived promptly. He was courteous, friendly and explained fully what the problem was. He carried out a full inspection of my mother's immersion heater and it turned out the fault was fixable quite easily there and then without having to drain the immersion heater first as originally anticipated. She has now hot water again.”
