“The fitters did not seem aware that a lintel was part of the job but this was soon clarified. The lintel Abbey installed initially was too large so they replaced it without additional cost. Ideally brickwork repair was required before installing the lintel but the lintel was sufficiently packed so it is unlikely to move. Dust sheets were omitted from some areas which resulted in dust on household objects. Externally, plastic offcuts/fragments were left on the ground. Otherwise the fitters were courteous, helpful and carried out their work efficiently.”
